Taking homebrewing a bit too seriously with the aim in producing top quality beers to enjoy with friends and family. The brewery and tap room are operated out of what used to be the garage and flows out into the beer garden out back. The brewhouse is a custom DIY 3 vessel system currently able to produce 40L of beer per batch. Three beer taps and one cask hand pull are often all pouring for events, Pilsners are served from a Lukr side pour facuet from the Czech Republic. We also grow two varieties of hops in the beer garden; Cascade and Perle, these also provide welcoming shade in the hotter months. Recently we have expanded the hop farm growing eight varieties at the family home in Romania!
Pilsners, Pales, and IPAs are the core focus, we make what we like to drink! Season specials can make an apperance; Belgian Tripels, Neipas, and Best Bitter on Cask to name a few...
We aim to always have a Pilsner on tap! Since visiting the Czech Republic and discovering what a real Pilsner tastes like, it's been my mission to chase the best Pilsner I can produce and serve it the correct way.
We produce traditional West Coast styles (think Sierra Nevada) using home grown Cascade hops. Our friends love a Hazy IPA so these also make a regular appearance on our tap list!
Our taplist is constantly rotating with new and exciting brews. Check out our live taplist below to see what is currently pouring!
